Privacy Commitment

The security and confidentiality of your data are at the heart of the design of App-Si-Simple. Clarisphere undertakes that personal data processing carried out on the clarisphere.fr website and the App-Si-Simple platform complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.

Data Collection and Usage

We collect information during your contact or demo requests (last name, first name, professional email address, job title, company). This data is used exclusively to:

• Manage our commercial relationship.
• Respond to your support or information requests.
• Ensure the security of access to the platform via our Zero Trust architecture.

Data Isolation (Multi-Tenant)

The App-Si-Simple application is designed with strict tenant isolation (tenant-mapping). Your infrastructure and network inventory data (CMDB, IPAM, cabling) are encrypted and physically isolated. No cross-referencing of data is possible between the different clients of the platform.

Data Sharing

Your data is never sold to third parties. It may be shared with our technical subcontractors (secure cloud host) who are strictly bound by the same confidentiality and security obligations.
