Terms of Sales (CGV)

Article 1: Object

These General Terms of Sales aim to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the marketing of the SaaS software solution "App-Si-Simple" by Clarisphere.

Article 2: Service Access (SaaS)

App-Si-Simple is provided as Software as a Service (SaaS). Access to the platform is conditional upon subscription and is provided securely via an exclusive Virtual Private Network (VPN), in accordance with our "Zero Trust" approach.

Article 3: Pricing and Payment Terms

Prices are provided upon quote and vary according to the infrastructure scope (SMB or Enterprise) and the connected modules (CMDB, IPAM). Invoices are payable within 30 days end of month, unless otherwise stipulated in the specific contract.

Article 4: Duration and Termination

The subscription is entered into for an initial duration of one year, tacitly renewable. Termination must be notified by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt at least three months before the due date.

Article 5: Liability and Availability

Clarisphere is committed to providing access to the platform with an uptime rate defined in the contractual Service Level Agreement (SLA). However, acting as a "Proxy", Clarisphere cannot be held liable for malfunctions related to third-party software (client's existing ITSM, IPAM tools) with which App-Si-Simple interfaces.
